Food, cinema, books and music shape village life. We distinguish events worth knowing about from dates already announced, so an old edition’s calendar does not become the basis for a future booking.
Cous Cous Fest: the next announced dates
The organiser announces the 30th edition for 17–26 September 2027. The festival combines couscous, culinary exchange and cultural encounters. Edition dates do not automatically confirm concerts, guests, prices or individual activities; consult the 2027 programme when published.
The patron saint’s festival
Keep June in mind for the patron saint’s celebration. Check the current edition’s programme before arranging your stay: religious services, village events and traffic restrictions each have their own schedule. Past editions do not establish the times of future events.
Summer: cinema, books and jazz
SiciliAmbiente focuses on cinema and environmental themes; Libri, autori e bouganville hosts literary encounters; San Vito Jazz adds music. They offer reasons to enjoy the centre after the beach. We do not assign 2027 dates until confirmed.
Tempu ri Capuna: autumn and lampuga
Capone, also known as lampuga or mahi-mahi, is the focus of an event celebrating the sea and local cooking. Choose activities from the organisers’ published programme and check venues, bookings and prices. A menu or ticket from an earlier edition is not an offer for the next one.
Planning an event visit
Choose accommodation with walking routes to venues and evening noise in mind. Agree vehicle access and luggage drop-off, as the centre may have restrictions. Accommodation, tasting tickets and show admission are separate services; check what each purchase includes.
