Palermo and Trapani are the main airport gateways; the final leg to San Vito Lo Capo is by road. Choose transport around your flight time, group size and plans for the following days.
From Palermo Falcone Borsellino
The airport lists Autoservizi Russo for San Vito Lo Capo. Search for your actual travel date, as stops, seasonal operation and timings can change. Before booking a return flight, also check the reverse journey and allow time for airport procedures and delays.
From Trapani Birgi
Airgest lists AST among operators linking the airport with Trapani. For public transport, check the onward connection from Trapani to San Vito and plan the two legs separately. Do not assume a direct airport–San Vito service operates at every time.
Private transfer or rental car
A transfer suits direct arrival at your accommodation followed by a village stay on foot; a car helps with hamlets, reserves and inland trips. For a quote, give airport, flight time and number, passengers, bags and child-seat needs. Ask about delays, supplements and the meeting point.
Driving into the village
Navigate to the access point agreed with your accommodation, not simply its name. Check restricted traffic zones, permits and luggage drop-off. Use permitted parking and current signs; map colours do not establish parking charges or rules.
Getting around during your stay
Walk around the centre and seafront. For Macari, Castelluzzo and reserve entrances, plan transport, parking and return; verify seasonal shuttles for your dates. If leaving after check-out, luggage storage at Via Venza 5 lets you separate your final village walk from the onward transfer.
